Phish food

Meine "Ben & Jerry's" Eiscreme Bären sind nun zu dritt - "Phish food" gehört nun zur Familie. Diesmal habe ich allerdings seinen Becher ausgestattet. Eine Spieluhr ist darin versteckt. In dem Sitz aus Schokoladeneiscreme kann "Phish food" bequem lümmeln, wenn er sich langsam dreht und versucht, die Schokoladenfische zu fangen, die in einem großen Bogen aus dem Becher springen.

Mit seinen Pfoten und seinem offenen Mäulchen ist er ziemlich gut vorbereitet auf sein Lieblingshobby, Schoko-Phishing. Während er da sitzt und Schokofische fängt, hört er gern der Melodie zu, die dabei spielt. Es ist der beliebte Song "Come here, come here, little phish" (in einigen Ländern ist er auch bekannt als "Twinkle, twinkle, little star").

An seinem dicken Bäuchlein (gefüllt mit Stahlgranulat für zusätzliches Gewicht und Schafswolle) sieht man, dass er eine Naschkatze ist. Trotzdem ist er mit seinen 8 Gelenken (Handgelenke, Beine, Arme, doppeltes Halsgelenk) sehr beweglich. Sein schokobrauner kurzfloriger Mohair ergibt einen schönen Kontrast zu dem Marshmallow- und Karamellwirbel, der aus naturweißem Mohair und karamellfarbener Suedine gemacht ist. Die karamellfarbige Suedine formt auch seine Schnauze, Handballen und Zehen. Seine Innenohren sind aus Marshmallow gemacht. Krallen und Nase sind gestickt und ebenfalls aus Marshmallow gemacht. Als typischer "Ben & Jerry's" Eiscreme Teddybär zieht er es vor, in seinem Becher zu entspannen - er steht nicht gerne und ist nicht besonders gut darin.

"Phish food" hasst Eile, er liebt gemütliche Plätze und sitzt gerne am Kaminfeuer während er Schokofische isst. Natürlich mag er es am liebsten, wenn man seine Spieluhr aufzieht und ihn in seinen Sitz setzt, sodass er zum Schoko-Phishing gehen kann. Sein Lieblingsgetränk ist heiße Schokolade mit Marshmallows oben drauf und ein bisschen Karamellsirup zur Dekoration. Könnte er es sich aussuchen, würde er jeden Tag Schokoladeneis essen, egal ob Sommer oder Winter. Aber "Phish food" braucht nicht nur viele Süßigkeiten, er braucht auch Streicheleinheiten und ist sehr kommunikativ. Er will immer wissen, was man zum Mittagessen hatte, wenn man Heim kommt. 

"Phish food" ist zunächst zu Nicole nach Grünbach, Österreich, gereist. "Phish food" ist jetzt in die Niederlande gezogen, wo er mit Ricky und einigen Geschwistern glücklich lebt.

You probably know my "Ben & Jerry's" ice-cream bears - "Phish food" is my third. But this time I even equipped his tub. There is a music box hidden inside. The chocolate ice cream seat allows "Phish food" to sit comfortably when he spins slowly around, trying to catch the chocolate fudge fish jumping in a big arch out of the tub.

With his paws and his open mouth he is prepared quite well for his favourite hobby, called chocolate phishing. While sitting there, catching fudge fish, he loves to listen to the melody playing. It is the popular song "Come here, come here, little phish" (in some countries, it is also known as "Twinkle, twinkle, little star").

You can tell by his big belly (filled with steel pellets for additional weight and sheep's wool) that he has a sweet tooth. Though, he is very agile with his 8 joints (wrists, legs, arms, double neck joint). His chocolate brown short pile mohair is a great contrast to the marshmallow and caramel swirl that is made of off white mohair and caramel Suedine. The caramel Suedine also constitutes his nose, palms and toes. His inner ears are made of marshmallow. Claws and nose are stitched and made of marshmallow, too. As a typical "Ben & Jerry's" ice-cream bear he prefers to chill in his tub - he does not like standing and is not very good at it.

"Phish food" hates to hurry, he loves cosy places and likes to sit by the fire place, eating chocolate fish. Of course, he enjoys most when you wind his music box and place him in his seat so that he can go chocolate phishing. His favourite drink is hot chocolate with marshmallows on top and a little bit of caramal syrup for decoration. If he could choose, he would eat chocolate ice-cream every day, no matter if summer or winter. But "Phish food" does not only need you to provide him with sweets, he needs to be hugged and loves to communicate. He always wants to know what you had for lunch when you come home. 

At first, "Phish food" lived at Nicole's in Grünbach, Austria. "Phish food" now moved to the Netherlands, where he lives happily with Ricky and some brothers and sisters.
